Senate Committee on Public Service: Legislative Franchise Hearing

Our managing partner, Kerwin Tan, fields questions from the Honorable Senators Grace Poe (Committee Chair), Franklin Drilon, and Miguel Zubiri. We are pleased to have successfully responded to the inquiries and requirements of the Senate Committee on Public Services, and concluded the hearing with an approval of the 25 year renewal of our client’s radio and television legislative franchise.
