The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Philippines and the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) have formally entered into an agreement to collaborate in developing their capital markets.

In a ceremony held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on November 4, both regulators signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) promoting mutual assistance, information exchange, and stronger cooperation in areas of shared regulatory interest.
