As seen on SEC’s official Facebook – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) informs the public that effective 16 March 2026, applications for Increase of Authorized Capital Stock (Cash Payment) of One Person Corporations (Filipino National) will now be processed under the Simple Processing Lane via the eAMEND System.

This enhancement allows for faster processing and the issuance of digital certificates.
