As the Philippines’ sole panel speaker during the session, “When Government Gets Digital Right: Building Citizen-Centric Services that Deliver Results,” Commissioner Mendoza highlighted the success of the BIR’s award-winning 2026 Interactive Digital Tax Calendar and emphasized that digital transformation begins by listening to taxpayers and frontline personnel, then turning their everyday concerns into practical digital solutions.
