Biography

Sai is admitted as a lawyer in the Philippines and is a graduate of a top-ranked law school. She is also a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Philippine Real Estate Board. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a renowned full-service Philippine law firm where she handled labor disputes, civil cases, family law, immigration. In her years of practice, she now specializes on labor and employment law, real estate law, real estate taxation, and estate settlements. Her labor law practice spans from advising on employment law to labor standards law, and from assisting on administrative investigations to labor case litigation. As to her real estate law practice, she led and participated in several crucial and groundbreaking deals for clients, among which were the acquisition and sale of substantial amount of real estate properties that involve prime commercial, industrial and agricultural properties, beach resorts and commercial leases, and settlement of complex successive estates of decedents.
