As seen on SEC’s Official Facebook – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is inviting stakeholders and interested parties to submit comments, inputs, and recommendations on the second exposure draft of the proposed amendments to the 2015 Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Securities Regulation Code.

The proposed reforms cover the decoupling of debt and equity disclosure regimes, establishment of a Mid-Market Issuance Framework, and creation of a Medium-Term Note Program.
